Angie Khupe, is an experienced business and management consultant who has worked for both the NHS and the Department of Health and noticed discrepancies between the support and help on offer to women within the Healthcare sector and the support provided for their male counterparts.
Angie, as a mother herself, also took into account that women within the Healthcare sector were often still running their homes as wives and mothers alongside their demanding professions and therefore needed a more specific and complex level of support.
Richard has managed his own successful business for over 30 years. In that time he has experienced the highs and lows of being entrepreneurial, which led to a mental health decline in 2018. After going through this difficult experience.
Richard wanted to make sure no business owner feels they need to struggle alone. Now a passionate public speaker, Richard has become dedicated to supporting people to learn the tools that helped him thrive through adversity.
Having worked in business management (including retail) for over 22 years, Jonny Ross understands the needs of business owners. He has a proven track record in SEO, social media, website design, and website development, including experience in successfully unlocking Google penalties. Jonny is also an established SEO and social media speaker and trainer and was recently listed as one of Business Insider’s “42 under 42” business leader rising stars.
In his spare time, Jonny enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, and hosting dinner parties. He has interviewed Jimmy Corkhill from Brookside and appeared on the Wide Awake Club with Timmy Mallett. Jonny is a member of the Institute of Directors (IoD), a Member of the Chartered Management Institute, and is also a qualified optician.
Director of Compliance, Brasso Khupe, at KTrio Consultancy brings extensive experience in dealing with regulatory requirements for healthcare bodies, including the Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority (RQIA), Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW), Care Quality Commission (CQC), and Care Inspectorate (CI).
