Dissecting the difference in average earnings between men and women in the workforce is vital. It is a persistent issue with complex roots that affect women across all industries and regions.

Gain insights from successful female professional who have charted their career paths, offering valuable advice on overcoming obstacles, advocating for themselves, and developing the confidence to pursue leadership roles. She is a certified digital transformation fellow with the IDBS and business automation specialist, marketing and brand building strategist, and tech enthusiast with extensive expertise and experience (over 18 years) developing award-winning marketing strategies (digital, eCommerce, branding, advertising, communications, and public relations) across a range of industries, for some of the worlds biggest brands e.g HJ Heinz, SAP, VIACOM, MTV. She has extensive corporate experience in leading dynamic teams in rapidly changing environments.
Farai has garnered several awards for her work, notably: The National Advertising Awards - Best Radio Advert (Heinz baked beans) and The Hospitality Awards - Top Supplier (Heinz).


In addition, she is a certified life purpose coach, writer, content curator, and sought-after facilitator and speaker on various topics ranging from digital strategy, business automation, branding techniques, and my entrepreneurial journey.

URSULA HENNELL, CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER - HUBLSOFT

Hublsoft is a software business providing Decision Intelligence software to large Technology Service Providers, who operate across industries, including Healthcare, where they use the platform to evidence the value of their services to healthcare providers.

Ursula was a founding member of hublsoft, which began as a start up in 2019 and is now backed by two institutional investors – Maven Capital Partners (since 2020), and North Edge Capital (since 2022). Additionally, Ursula has worked at Wm Morrisons plc across the project delivery portfolio, including Europe’s largest Oracle retail implementation, and BT Global Services, as part of the NHS National Programme for IT.

JANINE HAMILTON, DIRECTOR OF STRATEGIC PROJECTS - SYSTEM C HEALTHCARE LTD

Janine has worked in healthcare technology for over 10 years with a background in portfolio management. A strong advocate for female empowerment, Janine is passionate about career development and enabling women at all stages of their career.

 

JENNY RAE, RECRUITMENT MANAGER - WOMEN IN HEALTHCARE RECRUITMENT

Jenny Rae brings 23 years of experience in the care industry, having achieved qualifications up to NVQ Level 5. Her Career Began as a care worker, progressing through various office roles to eventually become the Registered Manager of a newly established Domiciliary care company.

She overcame significant stereotypes and challenges including perceptions of being too young to lead a care service and not being a qualified nurse. Jenny is currently engaged in care recruitment utilizing her extensive experience to place highly skilled applicants into leadership roles.
